Holiday Notification
Holiday notification and what employees are meant to do is some times the hardest thing to keep track of. With the holiday list and instructions it will make it easy to either always be one step ahead of the holiday booking game or at least be able to adjust the instructions and know that the employee will have up to date information prior to booking on a given date. This works for any date not just holidays.
The form to fill out looks like this one below. Enter the date and the name of the holiday then type in the instructions to be read by employees on that days schedule. The days schedule is shown below for the holiday in the holiday form.
Header on Scheduler displays special occasion or event days in red. Important information or instructions can be linked to inform user, which appear in blue.

NOTE: When you have instructions, the words "Click here for instructions." are visible in blue text. When you click on it, a window will pop up. This will contain information for your employees.
