Input all your point of sale items. Each item should have a price unless you intend on the item to be free.  You can search large lists from the button on the task bar or go item by item via the red arrows.

Description: This space is where you  name the item.  You must remember that as easy as it is to add items to the list, this is not a true food ordering form like that of a full POS. If you only offer say a small, medium and large of something then this is perfect for you.  If you have pizza with twenty different toppings, then we suggest you use one item for pizza and then an additional topping description.  When you get to the actual reservation screen there is a comments line for each item where you can place your topping names and statements like 'on half only'. 

Inactive: Temporarily removed items from your extras list by making them inactive. Setup promotional or seasonal specials  and make them inactive on the non applicable days or if an item is out of stock, inactivate it  from the list until stock is replenished. You can also you this when discontinuing an item.

Category: This drop down list is from the list form.  Use this drop down to pre-sort your items in the reservation extra tab.

Notify: Used to auto notify into the task window all the information about the item being ordered and which party it is for.

Price per Unit: This is the price for one item. If you sell packages, your package price would be here, additional guests could be another price per unit.

Food/Perishable: Check this box to have this item added to the 'Food List'. This report enables you to view  pre-ordered foods for a designated time period, (you choose the 'to' and 'from' dates of your desired time), giving you a preview of necessary items to order for upcoming events.

Special Order: Check this box to have this item added to the 'Special Order' report when looking for special ordered items in a date range. This enables you to view  pre-ordered items for a designated time period, (you choose the 'to' and 'from' dates of your desired time), giving you a preview of necessary items to order for upcoming events.  This feature is very helpful for any supplies that aren't part of your regular inventory or party description.  Party theme ware, piñatas, a magician, just to name a few.
