Booking Wizard
There are three fields in the wizard used to collect information for booking a time slot. Each step will not allow entry to the next step until all fields are filled in. You may choose to enter an e-mail address, but this information is not a required field.
Step one. Double click on the desired time slot. The date and time are automatically used to set the first step of the wizard. Click next to go on to step two.

Step Two. Enter the customers contact information. As your data base grows, you may search the customer data base by entering the last name in the second field of the name fields and click the icon of binoculars. If you find the customer, click OK to populate the step two fields. Click next to go on to step three.

Step Three. At this point you can either take a deposit or place the reservation on hold. The hold time is defined during the initial setup. If a party is to be booked less days in advance than your predefined days allowed for a hold, the hold option is disabled and a deposit is required. If necessary, management override will allow you to book this date without a deposit.

Click on the finish key. You will then be placed into the Edit Reservations window.
