Edit List Fill Items
Customize the program for your specific requirements in the following four areas. Each of these drop downs is used in other parts of the program to better allow you to name things as you see fit. However the list names remain specific to the needs of the program and are explained below.
| AREAS | The term 'AREAS' is used to define the location in your facility in which a party or event will be booked. i.e. Blue Room, Red Room, area 1, area 2, etc. These would be the names under Items Contained in List. |
| CATEGORY | This is the list used by 'EXTRAS' to sort your items. The 'EXTRAS' are used when adding customer ordered items to a party or event. An example of categories might be: Themes, Piņatas, Foods, Special Orders. |
| CREDIT | Types of credit cards that are accepted by your company. |
| OPTIONS | A list of special "NO Charge Options" which may be included as part of the party package to better define which party package is chosen. For example, the party type is 'Theme', the options might be Pirate, Princess, Super Heroes, etc... as part of the party type. No need to make a party type for each special option, you make one party type and have a list for the different choices or options. |
