Define Party Parameters

On this screen you will designate your party names and the criteria for them to follow.  The 'Party Name' will show on the Edit Reservations window in the drop down list.  However, if you choose a party name that is only available on Monday,  it will not show in the drop down for any other day.  Also note that if a party is rescheduled, it will lose the party type if it is not an option of that day.

Enable Options:    When defined under options for specified parties, this feature enables you to choose one of  the options that are included with that party package. This might be a theme, type of cake, or special gift for the guest of honor.

Base Cost: This is used for setting the price for the first 'X' guests included in the party.  Use for package pricing.

Cost Per Guest: This is used for either each additional guest or as the the cost per guest when no base cost is set.

Exclude First#: The number set here is only relevant to the Base Cost.  If no base cost is set then this number should be set to zero.

Copy: Use this key to make a copy of the definition with minor modifications.  i.e. the name stays the same but the available days and price would be different.

SAVE: Used to save either a 'COPY' , 'NEW' or changes made to an existing definition.
